After an early breakfast, depart from Mwanza and begin your scenic drive toward Serengeti National Park through the western corridor. Along the way, you will pass through local villages, beautiful landscapes, and wildlife-rich areas before entering the park.

Upon arrival in Serengeti, enjoy your first exciting game drive in one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. The Serengeti is renowned for its vast endless plains and exceptional concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and cheetahs.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari before continuing with afternoon game viewing. As the sun sets over the plains, proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.

Today is dedicated to a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch boxes for an extensive safari experience exploring different areas of the park.

The Serengeti ecosystem is home to the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras move across the plains searching for fresh grazing lands. Depending on the season, you may witness dramatic wildlife interactions and predator action.

During the game drive, you may encounter lions resting under acacia trees, elephants roaming freely, cheetahs hunting in open grasslands, hippos in pools, crocodiles along rivers, and a wide variety of bird species.

Your professional safari guide will help spot wildlife and provide detailed information about animal behavior, ecosystems, and conservation. In the late afternoon, return to the lodge or camp for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti while heading toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This transfer safari offers more opportunities to spot wildlife across the plains.

You may optionally visit a Maasai village along the way to learn about the traditions, culture, and lifestyle of the Maasai people, one of East Africa’s most famous tribes.

Arrive at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the afternoon and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s natural wonders.

Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp near the crater rim

After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is often referred to as a natural wildlife sanctuary due to its incredible concentration of animals within a relatively small area.

Inside the crater, you may spot the Big Five including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the endangered black rhino. Other animals commonly seen include zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, hippos, jackals, gazelles, and flamingos around Lake Magadi.

The crater floor offers stunning scenery with forests, open grasslands, swamps, and soda lakes creating diverse habitats for wildlife.

After enjoying a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, ascend from the crater and drive to Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden safari gems and famous for its large elephant population and giant baobab trees.

Upon entering the park, enjoy a game drive along the Tarangire River, the main water source attracting wildlife throughout the year. The park is home to large herds of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, ostriches, and many bird species. During the dry season, Tarangire becomes one of the best places in Tanzania to observe animals gathering near the river.
