Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha (approx. 1 hour drive).
This day is for rest and relaxation after your international flight. In the evening, meet your safari guide for a comprehensive briefing about the upcoming safari, including park information, wildlife expectations, safety instructions, and tips for photography.

After breakfast, depart Arusha early Ndutu Airstrip (Northern Serengeti/Ngorongoro region depending on availability), avoiding long and dusty road transfers. Upon arrival, transfer to Ang’ata Camp, located in the heart of the Ndutu region, famous for the Great Migration Calving Season.
Enjoy your first afternoon game drive as your guide searches for wildebeest herds and predator activity. Witness the calving season with newborn wildebeest and the predators that follow.

Spend a full day in Ndutu exploring the calving grounds. This region is one of the most exciting safari destinations, as thousands of wildebeest give birth between January and March, attracting lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and vultures.

On the final day of your safari, you will depart early in the morning to visit the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most iconic wildlife destinations in Africa. After the morning game drive and a hearty lunch, you will begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. This transfer ensures you are well-timed for international flights or onward travel arrangements.
