One unforgettable moment came from a safari led by Gasper, one of our senior guides with more than a decade in the Serengeti. While navigating through golden grasslands, he suddenly paused. Something subtle had shifted — the soft alarm calls of birds, the rustling pattern in the tall grass, a silence settling over the plains. Trusting his bush instincts, Logan gently signaled for everyone to stay quiet.
Within seconds, the reason revealed itself: a lioness stepped out into the open, followed closely by two tiny cubs, only a few weeks old. Instead of retreating into cover, she lay calmly in the open, allowing our guests an incredibly rare and emotional moment — witnessing new life in the wild, undisturbed and pure.

During a recent 7-day safari, one of our guests began feeling unwell midway through their journey in the remote area of Serengeti. It was nothing serious at first, but our guide Gasper noticed their discomfort and immediately alerted our operations team. Within minutes, we arranged for a mobile consultation with a nearby medical camp while Gasper adjusted the day’s itinerary to prioritize rest and comfort without compromising the experience.
Behind the scenes, our Arusha office coordinated with the client’s travel insurance and arranged a standby evacuation plan just in case things worsened. Fortunately, the guest recovered quickly — and the very next day, Gasper surprised them with a gentle sunrise game drive followed by a private bush breakfast to lift their spirits.
